Fame comes in many guises... I know Linda - she lives not far from me, and her partner and I have sung in the same choir, and walked around the town in high heels together. Yes, really - Men in Heels, sponsored walk for the White Ribbon Campaign (http://www.whiteribboncampaign.co.uk/). How women actually dance n those things, I can't imagine...
Tony, just in case my readers don't bother to click through I ought to make it clear I am not wearing high heels in this piece!
