No, I don't want to see pictures of a naked Tiger Woods. But I don't understand why a British court has been asked to rule that these pictures can't be published in Britain (I'm not certain this includes Scotland) or that an injunction has been issued which even says the British media can't report the substance, ie the existence of these photos.Well this blog hasn't been issued with the injunction. We won't publish the photos if they come into our hands, mainly because that isn't our sort of material. We probably won't even mention this story again because we constantly complain about intrusion into the private lives of individuals. BUT it is time Britain stopped foriegn millionaires abusing our legal system to suppress stories when they know full well their own courts wouldn't give them houseroom.

Surely utterly irrelevant in the internet age anyway. I'm not interested in seeing it either, but I'm sure Google aren't subject to the injuction, or countless internet sites that can be based in just about any juristiction.
Surely anyone anywhere can avail themselves of just about any information they like nowadays. On balance, I think that's a good thing.
